1. Bookings will only be accepted by recognised groups; private individuals will not be
able to use the site.
2. A booking form needs to be submitted to the booking Secretary, who will acknowledge
the booking. Payment can either be made with the booking or a £10.00 deposit paid with
the booking and the balance paid to the Duty Warden during your stay.
3. Telephone enquires/bookings are acceptable providing a booking form is completed to
confirm the booking.
4. Email bookings are also accepted if the standard pro forma from the web site
(hollygate-scout-camp.org.uk ) is completed, bookings taken this way will be
acknowledged by email.
5. Groups are requested to leave toilets and showers in a clean and tidy state when
leaving the site.
6. Recycling bags will be provided to campers, please use them. Non-recyclable rubbish is to be burnt if possible or put in black sacks and either taken away with you (or if this is not possible the bags should be left as directed by the warden).
7. All open fires to be altar fires, which are supplied.
8. Fire wood is to be taken from the firewood piles only and not collected from the
woodland as some of the piles in the woodland are eco piles to encourage woodland
wildlife.
9. The out of bound areas are clearly marked on a map in the foyer of the toilet block
please respect these as we value our good relations with our neighbours.
10. Use of the Assault Course must be supervised at all times by competent adults.
